Celebrate Your Achievements

Hi Reader!

I'm taking a moment to recognize a small win business. It’s so small it’s almost embarrassing to share. But then I realized with the housing disruption going on right now, any win I make is huge.

I've started creating a new course, From Inbox to Offer, the email blueprint for job seekers. I got one lesson done last week, with plans to build out everything from the cover email to negotiating the salary.

Building a business is really hard. Most people focus on the really big wins to feel like they’re doing it right, but it’s actually the tiny wins that add up to success.

Thanks for being here as I grow this one.

All this is to say, the small wins count, too.

What small, positive win have you had recently? I’d love to know so I can celebrate with you! Hit reply.

Guidance! | Job Hunting in the (2025+) Market I ran across this post the other day and wanted to discuss it some... In my last job hunt, I absolutely used AI, especially with prompts like this to be sure I was applying to the right roles. It saved me a lot of mental bandwidth, and Bonnie is right. In this market, employers have their pick of candidates, which means they're looking for someone who has done exactly that role. That's why in this market, I highly recommend... Proficiency Check | Building Credibility Last week, I wrote about owning your onboarding, so I thought I'd dive a little deeper into that this week with small wins. Most people walk into a new job thinking they need to prove themselves right away — big projects, bold ideas, dazzling presentations. But the truth? You earn credibility not by doing everything, but by doing something small really well. That’s how you build trust and momentum. Start with what is useful, not flashy I know starting...
